Our Mission Statement
Specialist Therapeutic Support for Children & Families
We provide expert, trauma-informed therapy for children and families affected by adoption, special guardianship, and fostering, as well as private support. Our work is rooted in a deep understanding of attachment, helping children and families build stronger, more secure relationships.
Through our Community Interest Company and registered charity, we are able to extend our support beyond traditional funding streams—offering funded therapy and additional wraparound care to families who need it most.
Our experienced therapists create a warm, welcoming environment, delivering creative and accessible therapies for all ages—without relying solely on talking.
We work closely with families and professionals to ensure every child receives the right support at the right time, helping them move forward with confidence, resilience, and connection.

About eQuiPT Therapeutic Service
Sandra is the therapist behind eQuiPT Therapeutic Services. She has a wealth of experience of working with children and families and is passionate about developing a service that leads the way in children and family therapy interventions. Sandra is also a reliable CAPA (Child Attachment and Play Assessment based on the DMM model of attachment) coder. eQuiPT has continued to grow and develop into being able to offer a greater selection of therapies tailored to children and families, as well as now offering a specialist assessment that focuses upon trauma and attachment.

Our Aims
We have a passion to make long term changes and aim to relieve the mental and emotional stress of all children, young people and families.
Our aim is to support families from our local communities, who may have experienced traumatic events including developmental trauma, attachment, loss, bereavement and other mental health distress. We aim to improve the life chances and relationships for long term well-being.
