We are a local Community Interest Company based in Barnsley and working to support Children, Young People and their families. We are a group who want to improve the mental health and emotional wellbeing of children and families through qualified therapeutic support.

We are the directors of the CIC and feel really passionately that therapy should be available to everyone who needs it and not just the few lucky enough to meet a funding criteria. Mental health services in the UK are overstretched and often do not offer the creative therapies that young people engage in. Our goal at eQuiPT is to keep growing to be a complete family centre, supporting the mental health of all ages. We have an excellent committee of social workers, teachers and service users and an extensive group of Associate Therapists who are all well qualified and experienced.
