Quality Improvement
Quality Improvement is a key part of our work to improve our services and refine how we do things. So, we offer a fantastic opportunity for our staff to learn, lead and contribute towards improving and developing our services. We are registered with Ofsted and aim to become rated as ‘Outstanding.’ We want people to join us who are keen to contribute to our improvement.
Community Interest
We also have a Community Interest side to our business and want people who would like to contribute to raising money and providing services to the community.
The posts are on a freelance basis offering a flexible way of working; as an Associate Therapist you can decide how many days you work for us and the distance you travel, and we do our best to offer you work that fulfils this.
Safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults and our recruitment process reflects this. We expect all our staff have enhanced DBS certificates, overseas checks (where applicable) as well as references form previous employers/supervisors and can evidence they are legally allowed to work in the UK.
